Application:
1. Biyseal is suitable as a weather-resistant seal for numerous applications in building, commercial construction
or industrial – either on its own or in conjunction with Mastic Sealants (depending on the application).
2. Identify problem area and confirm suitability for Biyseal (door/ window seals, roof jointing, expansion joints,
back channelling, air conditioning systems). Biyseal can be used internally or externally.
4. Confirm the LENGTH and WIDTH of the area allowing for cutting/ surplus if required.
5. What thickness Biyseal should I choose? For standing water allow for a 75% compression rate (ie. 10mm
gap requires a 40mm foam).
6. Prepare the surface area ensuring it is clean and free of grease, dust and loose materials. Position Biyseal into
gap. Foam will then expand to form a reliable and secure seal.
7. Clean up with Diggers Kerosene. Wash hands with heavy duty hand cleanser (if required).

Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye / face protection when using this product.
